"This has been one of the most exciting projects I've worked on since the Joint Task Force started," Ross told me (see Ron Ross on NIST's New Privacy Controls), referring to the 2-year-old group of civilian-, defense- and intelligence-agency infosec experts working to produce a unified, federal IT security framework.
