An "army" of North Korean hackers is raising much-needed capital for Kim Jong-il by illegally accumulating points in online games and selling them to gamers in South Korea, reports The New York Times.
Police in the South Korean capital, Seoul, yesterday arrested four South Koreans and Korean-Chinese on charges that they were the ringleaders of a group of 30 hackers.
